Movie revue
Friday morning I got up early and Eric and I drove to Seattle and picked up # 1 son Ryan. We drove to Alderwood Mall and took in a movie together. Ryan chose the movie. It was "invincible" starring Mark Wahlberg, Greg Kinnear and Elizabeth Banks. A true story about a Bar tender/substitute teacher in 1975 from Philadelphia. They love the Eagles football team. The team is really bad and hire a new head coach, Dick Vermeil. Vermeil holds an open practice, anyone can attend. Out of the hundreds that try out, Vincent Papale makes it through cut after cut and makes the team against all the odds.
A movie reminiscent of the original "Rocky" movie, but better because it is based on a true story! We thoroughly enjoyed the film. Highly recommend.
After we drove Ryan back to his house in U.W. land!
